About the Small Text Generator
Small text is made from three kinds of Unicode characters: small capitals that look like shrunken uppercase letters, superscript letters that float above the line, and subscript letters that sit below it.
Small caps have the most complete alphabet and the best support. Superscript and subscript are missing a few letters in Unicode, so some characters stay regular size.
Small text examples
- Small caps: ᴛɪɴʏ ʙᴜᴛ ᴍɪɢʜᴛʏ
- Tiny text: ᵗⁱⁿʸ ᵇᵘᵗ ᵐⁱᵍʰᵗʸ
- Subscript: ₜᵢₙy bᵤₜ ₘᵢgₕₜy
Small Text Generator FAQ
- Why are some letters not tiny?
- Unicode does not include superscript or subscript versions of every letter. For example, there is no subscript b, so those letters are left as they are.
- What is the best tiny text for usernames?
- Small caps, because every letter from a to z has a small capital version and it displays on almost all devices.
